Returns for Defective Items
We only accept returns or exchanges for items with defects. If you receive a defective product, please follow the steps below to begin the return process:

- Provide Proof: Include a clear description and photo(s) of the defect to help us assess the issue.
- Return Approval: Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning the defective item.
Replacement Process
Upon receiving and verifying the defect, we will:
- Replace the defective item at no additional cost, or
- Issue a refund if a replacement cannot be provided.
Non-Returnable Conditions
- Custom orders with minor variations in color, design, or size due to the production process.
- Issues caused by improper handling, care, or use.
- Quality issues related to the file you provided.
